Here’s a fat-burning all-over workout that you can get done at the end of your weights session, or as a short and sharp workout on it’s own
Single Dumbbell Workout
Perform the exercises as a circuit. Just grab one dumbbell and go for it, if you can’t complete all the reps, it’s too heavy, you need to go lighter, if you complete them all easily then go ahead and pick yourself up a heavier dumbbell. It’s also helpful if you’ve got a bench handy.
- 20 squat thrusts
- 15 single arm bent-over rows
- 10 foot elevated split squats (each)
- 10 tricep extensions
- 10 ab extensions
- 15 dumbbells swings
- 20 push-ups (you don’t need to use the dumbbell for these!)
Beginners do 3 rounds, Advanced go for 5 rounds
