CYCLE AND BOXING STUDIO
For high powered cardio workouts studio two is our boxing and cycle studio. We hold freestyle spin classes and LESMILLS Sprint on top of the range BodyBikes. Our boxing studio contains hanging, bags, floor-to-ceiling bags and speed balls and we run both cardio and technical classes.
This studio is reserved for Small Group Personal Training. With all your weights, bench press and squat racks it also has Olympic Rings, monkey bars and crash mats so you can have fun while training! Personalised workouts in groups of 4-10 people
4 Squash courts
Hiscoes has 4 glass-backed squash courts which are free for members at most times. Discounted rates apply at Peak times. We offer Free beginner group coaching sessions and have options for social and competition play.
Our court walls and light fixtures have been recently refurbished and are arguably the best in Sydney. Squash is a great way to keep fit and make new friends along the way!
