Team Training is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using your bodyweight, kettlebells, slam balls or dumbbells. It’s a short, intense style of training that gets fast results. The 30 minutes off real effort you put into your workout drives your body to burn calories long after the sessions has ended.

Session Types

HIIT: You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. Sessions combine bodyweight exercises with weight-training, for maximum results in minimum time.

HIIT PILATES: Looking to step up your Pilates workouts? In this high-energy series, you’ll take the muscle-toning moves of Pilates and pair them with heart-pumping cardio to build the burn and strengthen your entire body.

8ROUNDS: HIIT Boxing workout for maximum results and fun. Punching bag-work combined with resistance training for a complete full body workout in 30mins.

OUTDOOR: Improve your heart, lung & cardiovascular fitness with our outdoor high-intensity interval training session. These outdoor sessions use intervals, speed & agility drills and bodyweight exercises to get your heart pumping.

You don’t need to be a gym bunny, but you do need some level of fitness for Hiscoes Team Training. Your trainer will give you options to make the exercises easier or harder.
