Party season left you feeling flat, sleepy, unmotivated and squishy? Feeling like you can’t get back into routine and everything is overwhelming?

GET THE BALL ROLLING ON GREAT HEALTH FOR 2024 – COMMIT TO 3 OF THESE DAILY TASKS FOR THE REST OF JAN!

1.       Eat vegetables: 5 cups (cooked) is ideal – If you usually only have 1, then aim for 2-3!

2.       Drink water: Min 8 glasses – More if you sweat. If you find this hard, have a full glass as soon as you wake, then after every time you pee.

3.       Walk more: Around the block on your lunch break, get off the bus a stop early, take the friend you usually sit in a café with etc.

4.       Cook more: Make meals at home wherever possible – bulk cooking/prep will make your life easier!

5.       Go to bed earlier: Just half an hour extra sleep can help you mentally and physically.

6.       Be still: Spend 3 mins just staring out of the window or focusing on your breathing.

 

…Obviously, get to the gym as much as possible too! 😀
