Team training kicked off at Hiscoes this week and it’s FREE for members all of August.

This week’s workout:

Warm-up 10 mins

Then as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of:

  • 10 Kettlebell Thrusters
  • 5 Burpees
  • 15 Kettlebell High Pulls
  • 5 Burpees
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings
  • 5 Burpees

Followed by some abs and stretching – Phew!

Why Team Training?

In team training groups of up to 12 people train using kettlebells, bodyweight exercises and other fun stuff to get an all-over body workout in a single session, with a different focus each week. Training in a group means you push yourself harder than you would alone and weekly session changes means your body can’t get used to the workout and stop getting results.
