Top 7 Do Anywhere Workouts
Travel can really wreak havoc with your workout routine (whether it be for business or pleasure) so we’ve compiled a list of our top “do-anywhere” workouts.
The first 3 workouts require no equipment whatsoever and you can do them anywhere anytime.
The second 4 workouts require only a little equipment – mostly a pair of dumbbells, so you can do them in a hotel or office gym or apartment complex gym that has limited facilities.
