FREE Facebook Livestream classes via Hiscoes @ HomeGuided workouts you can do at home easily with no equipment. We have a range of 30min sessions from HIIT to Yoga and Pilates, ensuring our members and the community can still get regular exercise from home! Hiscoes @ Home is a free service.

Timetable of sessions below: Join us Live each week for HIIT, Yoga and Pilates – or choose from our library where you will also find Boxing Workouts, Kids 15min workouts and HIIT LITE for beginners, as well as stretching and foam rolling.
