FREE Facebook Livestream classes via Hiscoes @ HomeGuided workouts you can do at home easily with no equipment. We have a range of 30min sessions from HIIT to Yoga and Pilates, ensuring our members and the community can still get regular exercise from home! We want to help in any way we can, Hiscoes @ Home is a free service.

Timetable of sessions below: Yellow sessions are our standard HIIT sessions, full-body workouts, low impact alternatives will be given. Green sessions are high impact, high cardio. Blue sessions are all low impact. Red sessions are kid-friendly. There’s something for everyone! All times are Australian Eastern Standard time. (For those of you joining from OS)

HIIT SESSION DESCRIPTION

The original High Intensity Interval Training Session

Focus: Full body workout, focused on fitness and core strength

Intensity: Medium / Duration: 30 minutes

Modifications for different levels will be given

HIIT POWER DESCRIPTION

Interval Training Session focussed on different muscle groups – may use props! (like home-made weights!)

Focus: May be on upper and lower body or total body

Intensity: Medium-Hard / Duration: 30 minutes

Modifications for different levels will be given

HIIT CARDIO DESCRIPTION

High-Intensity Interval Training Session

Focus: High Intensity Cardio

Intensity: Hard Duration: 30 minutes

Low Impact Modifications for different levels will be given

HIIT LITE DESCRIPTION

Interval Training Session with technique tips for beginners.

Focus: Total body workout in 30 mins

Intensity: Beginner / Duration: 30 minutes

Modifications for different levels will be given

ABT DESCRIPTION

Remember ABS, BUMS, THIGHS? We’ve got it! This session focusses on those target areas!

Focus: lower body and core

Intensity: Medium / Duration: 30 minutes

This is a lower impact session

YOGA DESCRIPTION

A shorter yoga session incorporating movement and breath

Focus: flexibility and balance

Intensity: Medium / Duration: 30 minutes

This is a lower impact session

BOXING CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

Shadow boxing, footwork, and boxing conditioning skills

Focus: fitness and coordination

Intensity: Medium / Duration: 30 minutes

This is a fun session that incorporates fitness and movements

STRETCH DESCRIPTION

This session

Focus: core and flexibility

Intensity: Medium / Duration: 30 minutes

This is a lower impact session but requires a minimum level of core stability and balance and flexibility, may also work on movement patterns, mobility and foam rolling

PILATES DESCRIPTION

A mat based pilates focussing on core, balance and toning

Focus: core stability and balance

Intensity: Medium / Duration: 30 minutes
