How Does the Program Work?

You begin with an initial session with your trainer, they will take you through the program guide and tailor the workout program for you.

Each week you are expected to do:

  • One Personal Training Session
  • 2 x weight training sessions (program)
  • 1 x cardio
  • 1 x active recovery

You should also aim to plan your meals according to the guidelines as much as possible. Your #FITIN42 guide contains instructions, sample meal plans and recipe and snack ideas.

Your program also includes a weekly private infrared sauna session to aid recovery and relieve stress.
