Do you want to get stronger? Maybe get your first chin-up, squat heavy or even start on your strength training journey? This is the challenge for you. STARTS JUNE 6.

Hiscoes 8-week STRONGER Challenge is a group training challenge which includes a periodised weight training program designed to get you stronger  and points-tracking system to keep you motivated.

Beginner and advanced programs are included so it will work for you if you’re new to weight-training OR if you’ve been training for a while but you’ve plateaued.


Team Training

HIIT Style Group Training

Small Groups = Big Results

Groups of 10-12 participants

Team Training is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using your bodyweight, kettlebells, slam balls or dumbbells. It’s a short, intense style of training that gets fast results. The 30 minutes of real effort you put into your workout drives your body to burn calories long after the sessions has ended.

Play Squash

Hiscoes has 4 recently refurbished, glass-backed squash courts. If you want to meet new people while improving your fitness, squash is a fun way to get fit and make friends along the way!

We have social training groups, in-house round-robin, coaching for all levels and teams who play in the Sydney Pennant. Something for everyone, whatever your level.
