Need a bit of extra motivation to keep you focused? Want to up the intensity of your workouts? Trying to shed a kg  or two? Then this is the challenge for you! All you need to do is upgrade your membership to include HIIT training, put your name down at reception and you are instantly in the challenge. Each HIIT workout you do from March 11, mark next to your name and if you make it 20 sessions in 30 days then you win a free Hiscoes shirt! The member who attends the most sessions will also receive a BONUS PRIZE
