Our 8-week Small Group Training Strength Challenge includes a periodised weight-training program run in groups of a maximum of 8-10 so you get the personal attention you need. If you’ve been training for a long time and you’ve plateaued OR if you your just starting out on your weight training journey and you need help then this program is for you!

FAQs

How many sessions will I need to attend per week?

We recommend attending 3 times per week for best results.

Will I be strong enough?

Yes! We will all be training at the same time, but the program will be tailored to where you’re at.

How do I sign up?

You simply need to upgrade to a Small Group Training Membership to join. Total cost is 79/ week for unlimited sessions.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course you can! Just allow a few minutes before the session to fill out an exercise safety form.

I have been doing Small Group Training for a few years now, and it never gets dull! Everyday is a bit different which keeps it interesting. It's also very motivating to have the trainer there and your peers in the group encouraging you along. Great for any age or fitness level.
