What can I expect from the Challenge?
You can expect to radically improve your motivation for training. You can expect to gain lean muscle and increase strength, gain confidence and sleep better. Beginners will learn correct weight training techniques and see massive improvements. More advanced trainers who have plateaued can also expect to break through and experience new gains.
How many times a week will I have to train?
We expect members to train at least 3 times a week to get the best results. We also set challenges for you to do on your own.
