Nutrition – your guide to flexible dieting

Meet trainer Mac, he has written the program for you to follow at home. There are two programs you can alternate between Program 1 and Program 2. (Adding in your Hiscoes @ Home sessions in between!) Watch the clips below for Lynsey’s exercise demonstrations.
