All you need to do is upgrade your membership to include Team HIIT training, put your name down at reception and you are instantly in the challenge. Each HIIT workout you do from Monday Nov 16, mark next to your name and if you make it 20 sessions in 30 days then you win a Hiscoes Goodie Bag! (Includes Vouchers, Protein Bars and a Shirt or Cap)

You may include up to 8 Hiscoes @ Home HIIT sessions to make up your 20 sessions. But we will need to see proof of your training at home = sweatie selfie/ live comments. Find out more about Hiscoes @ Home – our free facebook livestream classes you can do anywhere without equipment.
