Hiscoes is offering Group Training sessions outdoors for members! These will run until the gym reopens on June 13. Casual drop-in $15 Group size max 9 people BOOK HERE

Group Training sessions are exclusive to for our Hiscoes members. If you enjoy our free Facebook Livestream classes via Hiscoes @ Home, but you are looking for more strength work, have equipment at home you’d like to use, or are simply not motivated enough on your own, join our zoom or outdoor sessions.  Hiscoes Heroes can also access services like personalised training programs and nutrition advice.

Outdoor sessions are held at Moore Park Mt. Steel, Bat N’ Ball Oval. Please bring a mat or towel. Sessions may include, running, agility drills, hill sprints and body conditioning. * In the event of rain you’ll receive a text message from your trainer 30mins before session time regarding cancellation. Zoom participants receive an email 10mins before the session start time with a link to join a zoom meeting, download zoom.
