Cardio + Abs Challenge Week 2!

This week’s challenge is called FIGHT GONE BAD!

It consists of 5 exercises for 1 minute each, as fast as you can. No rest between exercises. Rest for one minute at the end of the round. Complete 3 rounds. (Increase the challenge – do 4 rounds). Get the timer remote from reception, it’s set under FGB.

Choose 5 from the following:

  • Ski erg
  • Stationary bike
  • Rowing Machine
  • Power climber
  • Speedfit treadmill
  • Power tower
  • Burpees
  • Skipping
  • Mountain climbers
  • Jump Squats/Lunges

Medicine Ball AB Challenge:

Perform 20 reps each of the following exercise. Complete at least 3 rounds.

Mountain Climbers with your hands on the medicine ball. (Decrease the challeng,e put your hands on the ground) Make sure your torso is straight, belly button to spine, bring your knee across to the opposite elbow.

Sit-ups holding medicine ball above your head. (Deacrease the challenge do without medicine ball)

Russian twists lean back to 30% degree angle. Twist ball to each side. Increase the challenge by raising your feet off the ground.

Lying leg raises lie holding the ball direcetly above your shoulders. Raise your feet to the ball. (Decrease the challenge, put you hands underneath your bottom.)

Medicine ball ab extensions tuck legs and hands in as close as you can and then fully extend, keeping both head and shoulders and fee just off the ground. (Decrease the challenge, rest head and shoulders on the ground, hands by sides and do legs only.)
