Want some accountability in the lead up to summer? JOIN US on our 5 weeks to fit challenge. Attend 25 times in 35 days (3 sessions each week MUST be Small Group Training) and win a prize! During the challenge, in our group sessions, we will focus on different areas of fitness including, speed, agility, balance and flexibility.
