You can start any time you like. All you need to do make a decision and get started. We have four weeks of  20min interval cardio workouts on our site to do in our re-vamped cardio area plus a 9 min ab challenge. Come in to the gym and do the workout, aim for at least 3 sessions per week = 12 sessions in 28 days.

Enlist a friend to  take on the challenge with you, to make it more fun. Refer a friend. NOT a Hiscoes member? Check out the membership options. Need a bit more support? Maybe try a HIIT Team Training session.
