Join our 28 day Cardio and Abs Challenge!


All you need to do is sign-up at reception to join the challenge. Each week in July we will post a 20min interval cardio workout to do in our re-vamped cardio area plus a 9 min ab challenge. Come in to the gym and do the workout, let our reception staff know and they’ll check you off. The WINNER is the member who has completed the most workouts in 28 days. There will be prizes for our top FIVE challengers.

Challenge starts Monday July 2nd, 2018
