Our Small Group Training sessions have a maximum of 8 people, so you get similar benefits to personal training but without the hefty price tag. We focus on big full body movements so that you get maximum results in minimum time. With a combination of strength, x-training and flexibility/mobility sessions on our timetable, you get everything you need for a balanced training regime.

Should I do strength or x-training first?
We suggest you try a strength session first as it gives us a chance to get to know you and your fitness level so that we can pitch the session right for you.
What do I need to bring to a session?
Nothing! Just turn up with a good attitude. We have everything you need, including a water bubbler so you don’t even need a drink bottle.
What other facilities are available?
Hiscoes has free sweat towels and locker service available, as well as garage parking.
Can I bring a friend?
Of course you can! Just allow a few minutes before the session to fill out an exercise safety form.
