Strength Training Sessions:

Varied strength programming throughout the year for best results. Sustainable and enjoyable so you see continuous progression. Accessible for all levels of your strength training journey.

X-Training Sessions:

A fresh new workout every session. In our small groups the exercises are tailored for you so you don’t need to worry it’s going to be too hard or too easy. Combines cardio and strength training.

Flexibility, Mobility & Movement Sessions:

In these 30min mobility sessions we aim to increase joint range of motion, balance (handstands) and combat some of the negative effects of contemporary life!
