Pre & Post-Natal Fitness at Hiscoes
Most Hiscoes classes are suitable pre-natal until 20 weeks. At 20 weeks you should check with your GP or Midwife as to what they recommend and then meet with one of our Hiscoes trainers to write a personalised training program for you.
Post-natal non-mobile babies are also welcome in our lunch-time small group training sessions, Tuesdays and Fridays at 12.30pm. Read our tips on how to get your pre-baby body back!
