JULY CARDIO & ABS CHALLENGE WEEK 4

Welcome to the 4th and FINAL week of our 28 Day cardio and Abs Challenge

This week’s challenge is to choose 6 exercises, do as many or as fast as you can for 45 seconds, rest for 15 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Choose from:

  • Speedfit
  • Power Climber
  • Power Stepper
  • Ski Erg
  • Burpees
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Skipping
  • Tuck Jumps
  • High Knees

COMPLETE 3 ROUNDS TOTAL

Remember, once you’ve chosen your 6 exercises you have to do the same ones each round. NO changing! If you’re doing it outside the gym, find yourself a step/bench and include box jumps and/or bench hop overs.

ABS CHALLENGE

Grab a friend and have a plank off! Hold the plank for as long as you can – try and beat your friend. If you don’t have a friend available, time yourself for one round. Have a rest and do a second plank and try and beat your first time.
