FREE WEIGHTS: Train on your own, with a friend or get a personal program from one of our trainers. Our spacious free weights area boasts several benches, extensive range of Olympic weights, dumbbells, squat cages and the great ‘no-attitude’ atmosphere that we’re known for.

SQUASH COURTS: Hiscoes has 4 glass-backed squash courts which are free for members at most times. Discounted rates apply at Peak times. We offer Free beginner group coaching sessions and have options for social and competition play.

PIN-LOADED Weights area: great for those starting out on a weights program and for people targeting specific muscle groups. Benefits of weight training include, body shaping and toning, increased bone density and joint health.

CARDIO EQUIPMENT: includes some of the latest technology treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers and rowing machines. Cardio Fitness Training can help increase energy and reduce stress levels, whilst improving the health of your heart and lungs and lower blood pressure.

DEDICATED STRETCH AREA: Our Blue room, where you can unwind at the end of your workout. Now more than ever, with many of us hunched over our desks at work, it’s important to make time to stretch and elongate our tense muscles. Access to stretch mats, foam rollers, bands and more.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING: Our Functional Training area is used for Group Personal Training and is available at other times for you to train on your own, with a trainer, or with friend. This is the fun space where you can swing kettlebells around, climb ropes and and practice handstands.

AEROBICS STUDIO: Is where our classic fitness classes take place. Unlimited access to yoga, Pilates, LesMills BodyPump plus fun stuff like Retrosweat – our eighties inspired aerobics class. For full details of classes offered see our Class Descriptions.

SPIN STUDIO: With spaces for twenty cyclists our spin studio is for people who want to work up a sweat. Heart pumping cardio to fun tunes with a motivating trainer. See our spin class timetables.

BOXING ROOM: Heavy bags, floor-to-ceiling, speed balls, skipping ropes plus focus mitts and gloves all for you to use to hearts content. Boxing and Kick-Boxing Classes are on our schedule four times a week or you can train on your own or one-on-one with a personal trainer.
