What can I expect from the Challenge?

You can expect to lose weight, tone up, feel fitter and meet a great bunch of people! We do a body composition assessment in week 1 and week 9 of the challenge. You will be given a training guide, nutrition plan, weights program and points system to track your progress. You will also experience the support of Hiscoes trainers and your challenge group in person and via the facebook group.

How many times a week will I have to train?

You need to commit to a minimum of one personal training session per week (or join the MyGym Small Group Training Studio) and one Challenge Group Session per week. Challenge Group Sessions will be held on Tuesday evenings at 6.30pm or Thursday mornings at 6.30am. You will also be given a training plan to follow. We expect most participants will train 4 times per week. Remember you will get points for every workout you do!

Will someone give me a diet to follow?

Yes. In your first session you will be given instruction on how to eat the right way to meet your goals as well as be given sample meal plan. We teach you how to eat well for fatloss and give you the tools so that you will be able to continue to do it well after the challenge is over = empowerment!

How much does it cost?

Registration fee for the challenge is $60. Your personal training session will be about $45 per session.

Are there prizes?

YES! The winner will be the person who has accrued the most points by the end of the challenge. The winner receives one month of unlimited MyGym Small Group Training sessions and a wearable fitness tracker. There will also be a prize for the person who achieves the most cms lost (as a percentage of their original measurements). Everyone who gets 100 points will win a t-shirt.
