$77 weekly for unlimited MyGym Small Group Personal Training sessions (inclusive of Hiscoes membership fee*) Current Hiscoes Personal Training Clients can join for $57 weekly

  • Challenge Booklet and Workout Log
  • Weekly ‘Fitness Challenges’
  • Unlimited HIIT Team Training Sessions
  • Point system for tracking progress
  • Highest Points wins a month of unlimited small group training sessions and a wearable fitness tracker
  • All participants who get 100 points receive a t-shirt
  • Runners-up get the opportunity to design a training session for the trainers
