Try this workout on our new Plyo Boxes:

20 Box Jumps

20 Dips (feet elevated to make it a bit harder)

10 Split Squats (rear foot elevated – hold a dumbbell to make it harder) each leg

10 to 20 Feet-elevated Push-ups (depending on your level)

Repeat for three to five rounds
