Use this quick 6 minute workout at the end of your weights session to help accelerate fat-loss and get you leaving the gym feeling like you’ve given it all you’ve got.

  • 6 walkouts to plank
  • 6 push-ups with a rotation
  • 6 mountain climbers
  • 6 squat jumps

Repeat as many times as you can in 6 minutes!
